Someone Please Help me

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

I'm stuck on 99.8 percent. I keep doing the manual hash and trying to finish download it again but its not going any farther. Anything will help, so please help me out!!!

    Turn off your firewall. I know something similar happened to me and turning the firewall off worked. This was for AoC though.
