he prolly gets money from ppl registering or w/e. I'll tell u how it's done... Company recruits this guy looking for money, they maybe give him like 2 dollars for every person who signs up or w/e. You input your information... Name, age, location, etc. You have a chance to win something. Then they SELL your information for A LOT more money than they gave the dude and more than what the item they raffled off was.
EDIT: You ever wondered why uve gotten shit in the mail you've never even applied for? That's why... Now a days almost EVERYONE sells people's information. You know ur local supermarket chain, where they have ur preferred customer card, or preffered customer w/e? The information used on that card is used to see WHAT you buy and then they sell ur name, age, location, etc + what u like to buy to some company who is willing to pay a lot of cash for it.
EDIT: I just went to the site to see their "terms and conditions" and their "privacy policy". Guess what, I COULDNT SEE IT, BECAUSE WHEN I CLICKED, NOTHING APPEARED! IF that's not shady I don't know what is.

Thats how they are getting you. Now that your friends gave them your email you are going to get alot of crap in you mail. They are going to sell your information out to other companies and not just one either. They also throw in the TV, so people like you would give them their email address. That TV probably cost a penny to them, because of the money their making from the people doing this.
I think that Free things still come with a price.

Dude.. Only reason i'm doing this is because my friend got the free LCD monitor.. Its legit. Otherwise I wouldnt waste my time with this. He says he did get a couple of spam mails but blocked the few companies sending it and it stopped.
