So when I was reading my email from fileplanet I took some interest in this post....this is from my email:

 

 

If you have not already done so, you will need to preload the beta client. Try and download as soon as possible to help ensure that you are ready for the September 7th Open Beta gameplay. Be sure to turn off all pop-up blockers before trying to preload.

 

Turn off your god damn pop-up blockers, and shut up!

 

This is only what I think might be wrong, might not work but worth a try, I had mine on and it still worked but I say turn 'em off and use firefox.

Mine just started in IE 7 without making any changes in settings, Fileplanet is getting hammered with this one from everyone trying to download at same time.

I had mine off and it still took several hours to get it to load into the Download Manager, and another couple hours before it finally started downloading.
