hi, right basically when i start to play a game my monitor screen begins to to get fuzzy and the display shakes and the game kinda slows down. I had this problem before but it went away but it started again when i just downloaded this rpg called mount&blade. Help is greatly appreciated thanks

Sounds like a video card issue. You have any idea how old your computer is and what video card it has?

well its about 7 years old lol fx card geforce fx 5600

open up the case and clean any dust away from the motherboard, graphics card, cpu heatsink etc. using a can of compressed air. After this ensure that the video card is seated securely in it's slot. Modern games will not run too well on that card though.

See if you can borrow another video card from a friend to try and see if the problem persists, if it goes away then you need a new card.
see if you can improve the air flow through your case, pull the side pannel off and let a big ol' box fan blow into it. that might help. if it does look for ways to improve the air flow through your case.
