Where do I put the beta key?

When I registered it said I would get an email with instructions on how to play the beta but I never got it. Now I'm sitting here with a beta key and an account, but I can't play? Help?

If you already have a beta-key then do the following:
1. Log in into the Perfect World website.
2. Push the "Account Info" button.
3. scroll all the way downtill the field of Beta Key.
4. Enter your Beta-Key there and click "Activate".
5. A green text of your account being enabled will appear.
6. Now you can log in into game and play in Closed Beta of PW International.

# A DREAMY, SICK DRAGON
You registered but you havent been picked for the beta......
That's WHY you cant play it.
