About three months ago I found myself jonesing for another space combat game for my mac. I'm a big fan of the Escape Velocity series and always hoped to find a similar MMORPG...or at the very least, a really good 3d space combat sim with similar characteristics.
Well, I finally did. Although VO doesn't have quite the same scope as the EV series (yet), it's awfully close and extremely fun!
I was hooked within the first 20 minutes of the trial and have been having a blast with it (pun more-or-less intended) ever since.
At $10/month, it's a steal for entertainment value.
This can't be reality. This is fun!
