how does respeccing work?

just thought about this when i was looking at the career builder, how do you go about getting respecs and is there a cooldown? do you spend gold or points or what not on doing so?
also, a second question
whats with all the "waaagh" people type. i understand its some kind of inside joke or something, even saw a mythic rep put it in a post @ WHA. usually "waaagh" is an alternative to QQ to make fun of someone but it doesnt seem like thats what it means in the context of war posts. just curious

Waaagh is what the Greenskins do. Its a call for war. As for respecs, in beta they are free. I am not sure how they will work in launch.

You wouldn't understand
As of my last log in to the closed beta, there is no cost for respeccing your renown points of mastery path. I am certain they are just doing this to make it easier for us to test different mastery paths. It seems they are either still determining the cost of respeccing, or already know and are going to save it for release.
"WAAAAAGH!" is a sort of rallying battle cry of the greenskins, it also seems to be a sort of intangible energy that they collectively build up to become more ferocious in battle.
Once you go go whack, you'll never go back.
