The world isn't going to implode, but here's a heads-up anyway.
No reports on the specifics of the trojan, but it attempts to infect your computer through a script on their website. Likely they've been hacked or some of their ad banners are from the more dubious waters of the internet (akin to the mess with Curse and WoWInterface). The script uses an old iframe security loophole to infect computer, most likely only if you use IE6 (possibly 7 too).
Whatever browser you use, though, you might as well just stay off the site until they get around to sorting it out.
Trojan is hosted on a Chinese server (www0 [dot] douhunqn [dot] cn /csrss/flash.htm JS/TrojanDownloader.Iframe.NAT <-- unclickable url), for the record - clearly I'm racist for pointing that out. I guess the goldsellers are trying to keylog you and grab your gold now that they nerfed silver drops from boss mobs.

oh oh, this is not good, although i do not visit their website, this is a very serious issue. if i were an AoC player and/or used to visit their website, I would format the hard disk and reinstall. the last thing Funcom wants is to be cyber attacked.
edit: typos and coffee is still brewing.
