Crai Aisling is currently recruiting new members to play Destruction on a roleplaying server.



We currently have a group of 14, all veterans of MMOs. We will probably cap membership at 20 to 25 players (though we'd never turn away great people).



By "RP Friendly, RvR Ready," I mean that we look for mature players who like to roleplay or who are respectful towards those who do roleplay (both in-guild and out). We also encourage members to participate in all aspects of the RvR scene. Some of our members are casual, others are a bit more, shall we say, 'driven'.



Some of our members are veterans of many pvp games. We'll have a vent server for those who wish to use it for RvR, though we don't get bent out of shape if you don't want to use it. We like to have somewhat in-character names in the guild, so no phrase names like "Ibesnoopdog". We encourage in-character communications in /say, but guild-chat is a mix of rp and ooc as long as the ooc is about the game. We sometimes separate it by channels.



We also try to respect other's playstyles. So, if a 6man culture is established on our server, we'll respect 6v6 fights except in raid circumstances (attacks on capital cities etc.). If solo play starts in certain areas, we'll respect 1v1's for those who let us know they are committed soloers (again, except in raids).



We are run by a guild leader and a council of officers. The council makes most of the decisions (with a lot of input from all members). Other than that, we aren't into a strict heirarchy or alot of rules. We encourage any member to take on specialized roles, such as pve raid leaders, RvR leaders, RP event coordinators, crafting coordinators, etc.
