Just a couple questions.

After the initial rush at launch, when most players have passed lvl 20 or so, will the starting areas die, especially pq's?    For example- i start an alt, and the first PQ has nobody playing it, will it be possible at all for a single person, or a few people to complete it?

2. Do scenario's contribute to the overall war effort? or are they just pointless bg's like wow had, and the open world RvR is all that matters?

I think, after one year passes, that the lower tiers will become less and less populated.  This is pretty much par for the course as games mature.

T1 will always have a good number of players because people love starting new characters. T2 should generally have a decent amount because it is pretty quick and painless to get to T2 with a new character and you can do sieges etc. T3 will likely have major population issues 6 months down the line as people will quit these new characters before they reach T3 most likely. T4 will always have a healthy population.
