Am not sure what to think about SW combat, honestly I was expecting more. Now if we break it down, it's basically just hide and seek. I was hopeing that combat would be more FSP like with skills to different weapons etc. 3th person shooting just suck ass and running around table.

I have no idea how the developers will ever live up to that expectation. What is that even supposed to mean?
Real life war tactics are a lot like hide and seek, if your enemy can't see you they can't kill you. Using cover, flanking, rushing, trapping, ambushing, these are tactics of real life combat. These are the tactics the SG teams always used to beat the Goa'uld and Ori. You can't expect a Stargate game to have people rambo'ing and running around bunny hoping and standing out in the wide open with no consequence. Believe it or not but a lot of FPS games are hide and seek, I see you first you die, type games.
You haven't even played SGW yet. The only footage we have seen is of a game in essentially alpha testing. Only the most basic of class skills for maybe 2 classes are in existence, only the most basic of AI is in place because they are still testing patchers, launchers, zones, graphics, minor quests, machine and gfx compatibility, and basic combat.
If you think you have an idea of the game at this point, you are mistaken. Not even the pre-beta players can say for sure what the game will look like in 6 months when it is tentatively scheduled for open beta. Official closed beta hasn't even begun yet, indicating that the server(s?) aren't even up except on a scheduled day or two a week...
