Are there any MMOs that tick all my boxes?

I want an MMO that ticks these boxes, are there any that manage all three?

Can I lead other players to capture enemy held territory, and actually get a benefit from such actions (ie, own resource rich zones, trade routes, etc)?



Can I be a pirate/thief/conman, and actually take players stuff against their will?



Can I become "evil" building a lair, summoning evil NPC minions to terrorise an area, forcing other players to come and stop me?



So are there any fantasy MMOs which tick these boxes, I know that EVE has the first two, but i grew tired of all the numbers.

A standard RTS on multiplayer would offer most of the stuff youre offering.

If you can stand sci-fi FPS then Planetside would offer most of what you want - base capture, hacking (thiefing), leading others etc.
