need help with one of GTA:vice city mission....

ok, i am playing this mission for film studio, and the mission's name called "Beat Dildo Dodo", i need to fly a waterplane around the city and drop some flyers.

my problem is i can't get the waterplane fly to air, i checked gamefaq.com and i only found guide for ps2 version. if anyone played PC version and passed the mission please give some help! thanks

(someone told this plane is same as RC plane, but i keep press W and plane just not take off)

I've only played the PS2 version, but I remember that mission. It's really not that hard, once you think you've gained enough speed, just press the down key and it will lift off.
