Well after i saw some of the ingame movie's off everquest II i was kind of getting intrested in the game :) but still have a few questions if anyone could answer them.

1) How do you gain the exp ?

2) Are there monthly update's or will you have to buy expansions ?

3) Forced grouping or can you solo ?

4) As i'm comming from ac2, what will i probably dislike about EQII ?

5) Any populair fansite's where i can find more information about classes ect. ?

Thx for the answersimage

Either by traveling, Killing monsters or Questing

    Both

Grouping is encouraged with exp bonus's and the ability to enter more dangerous areas for better items but solo play is fully possible.

Compared to AC2, EQ2 is perfect....

    5) Any populair fansite's where i can find more information about classes ect. ?
The Everquest 2 main site... That has the most accurate information, just browse thier forums, the developers are very friendly and often are seen talking on the forums.

The EQ2 Vault over at IGN is pretty good too, Moorgard has been known to post there occasionally, and they seem to do a good job of up-to-date reporting of various news items from official sources, other fansites, etc.

They have stated it's a grouping-focused game, but it seems like there will be some content specifically designed for soloing as well, which sounds quite cool.  I like what I've heard about the plans for class-specific quests, such as questing for rogues that actually involves using stealth and guile over brute force.  They also have some sort of 'lobby areas' around the entrances to major dungeons, where soloers will be able to hunt while looking for a group to go into the dungeon, which seems like a handy feature.

I don't know enough about AC2 to be able to tell you what you might like/dislike based on that.  I played AC1 for a bit, a long time ago, but never tried AC2.
