File locating

sorry for the double post but i downloaded requiem bloodymare and wen it was done a setup box icon w/e file came up and i pressed set up to see waht it was so it froze my comp so i turned it off and now im trying to refind the file but i cant find it no amtter what and i dont remember where i saved it... does anyone know how i can locate the file?

    Start>Search>All files and folders>filename>Search

    lol thats what i tried i tried the word blood bloo requiem bloodymare none works
