    The Q6600 is still probably the best performing consumer quad core even though its been years since its inception.

    The HD4850 is a better performing graphics card at the same price segment as the 9800GTX+, it also has a performance boost on that chipset.

    You don't need DDR3, especially with a P43 board.  It won't really utilize the memory.
