I'm having problems even CREATING a forum account over at RYI - it says it will send a confirmation e-mail to me, but I never receive it. Anyone know what is up with this game?

    Positive. I don't have a SPAM catcher. I've never had problems like this before with a game (usually they send me WAAAAY too much information. ;) .
