Question Regarding Beta Install...

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

Was just wondering if anyone else has ran into this problem. I pre-ordered the game from GameStop and got the key for open beta. I put in the key and made my account where it told me to do so, then when i went to download it fromt he link on the site it says i had already entered the key and wouldnt let me download it. Anyone able to help me out?
