Initialization Error: Please Help

I installed the WAR files just this morning from Fileplanet. I double clicked the patcher, and it wanted me to login, so I entered the RIGHT login info and it said it wasnt the right password, I came back later (just now) and double clicked it, it ran a patch and this message came up.

You seem to be running the patcher on Vista... Have you tried running it with admin rights ? I am running XP here, but it may be some rights your current user is missing.

I do not use users on this computer, it's just one that my whole family uses. So this does have the admin privladges.

I know it is a running joke with Windows but have you tried rebooting? OS may have kept a handle on the file the patcher is trying to update.

Oh and by the way, I have an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor with a Nvidia GeForce 8500GT graphics card. So, I don't think its my specs.
