Euro Open Beta starts at what time?

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

http://www.war-europe.com  says that the account creation for open beta testers begins at 8:30 AM.... does anyone know what time zone they might be refering to?  If it's GMT or some other Euro time then we're set to play just after midnight on the other side of the world...

    17.43 and 32 seconds exactly.

     

    If you are late by 1 second you wont get in and youll have to go back to watching your genetalia to see if that first hair sprouts
