I just watched Command Decisions, which focused on The Battle of Stalingrad, and that coupled with the movie Enemy At the Gates has generated an interest of the battle for me. So I'm wondering if anyone could point out a book that portrays the battle in gritty detail, as well as the events surrounding it. Thanks in advance for suggestions, movie suggestions are welcome as well, but I'd more like a book.
