So I got into the Warhammer OB no problem (sorry for those who have been having issues) and I thought I would come on this forum ready to blast the game about how it isn' t Warhammer enough and how it is nothing more than just another MMO.
I was wrong. WHO is more than just another MMO.
Yes it isn't as dark and scary as I wanted it to be with Skaven lurking in every sewer and chaos mutating every peasant in sight. I was disappointed that as a witch hunter no one was really scared shitless of me and I couldn't make small children cry.
But then I tried playing chaos and realized that for capturing the feel of the table top miniatures game as opposed to the RPG that EA Mythic had done a pretty good job.
What I liked about being a chaos chosen (I think that is what I was) was the same thing I liked about Tabula Rasa (and no I am not comparing the two) running around and killing stuff.
The frantic pace of killing NPCs was very good and to a large degree I felt like a war was going on around me.
I think the different classes are a bit weird, no soldier class for Empire but at this point, having played for 3 hours, I like WHO so far, for what it may be worth.
Thank you for your time and attention
