GOA - first day of open beta - piss poor performace

1 - it is open beta so we expect some issues to arise and some things to go wrong. But by far the biggest mistake is telling all those that had war-europe accounts, to make new accounts, only to say 6 hours later this was a mistake. During this 6 hours many players were unable to create new accounts with constant time messages.
2. having admited your mistake on war-europe account you take auth. sever offlilne for over three hours. So now we cant even register or beta keys correctly.
3 details of open beta could have been published better, althougth information was supplied by Mark in post to forum, it would been helpfull to indicate how few players would be able to play on first day. While logic is understandable, it may have prevented many players wasting their sunday be trying to get in.
GOA has lost a lot support from players who were willing to forgive and forget about various problems of DOAC. They have lot make up on to get the full trust back of the community.
On positive note, yes your sever are up (buit too few are able to get in), and when we do get information from MagnusK, it has been informative(but you could post faster)
