in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

I cant login on the patcher until I activate my product key right?

I just woke up again and managed to log in my war-europe account just got in in time to get thrown out again omfg roflol<

    Yeah you need to add  your OB key on that product key form.

    Note: PlayNC will refuse to allow you access to your account if you forget your password and can't provide a scanned image of the product key for the first product you purchased..... LOL

    So I guess some lucky people have managed to enter the key etc then.... earlier when i went to that productkey page it NEVER loaded for me ugh :/

    I'm on it now but have been resubmitting for 30 mins with no success.
