I noticed that there are 24 diffrent weaps , when u can only buy 7 or sumthin like that in starports .... Where else can u buy them ?

Where can u buy artifacts ?

weap's?? i assume the hardware section of starbase's shipyard. those are items you can buy, depending on what they are you can deploy them in not protectet space (beacon's wich leave a message) turrets wich fire at hostile ship''s or mine's that explode when ship's come nearby it

you cannot buy weapons at start port's, only good's to use on colony's or for trade (profit) and shield's + cargo hold's (wich increase the amount of good's you can trade)

you can either find artifacts yourself, or buy them from other player's who have some (either through trade or finding them themselve's) ask people if they have an artifact and what they want for it
