Server Balance Frustrating me

Hi guys,
I love this game, but when I can't get on the server to join my guildies I get pretty annoyed. Is there some mechanic, strategy, method to get on when the servers full?

But if this queue stop the balancing complains. Well, I dont have still an opinion on what start asking for no more realm queue or to like it.
After all... it does fix the realm imbalance.
aye and its beta. Ilogically dont see balancing having as big an influence later on.

Another EPIC FAIL idea..
its kind of a given... if you and your guild pick the already over populated side, then go with the not as populated one. You wont have that problem. As it stands, people rolling destruction wanna be on the winning side, even if the sides are not balanced. I was destruction, but rolled Order because it wasnt balanced. The classes are mirrors of each other anyways, the only reason to pick the winning side is due to the "noob effect"
of course, hitting the nail on the head like this will most likely piss a few ppl off. Some people care about a good challenge and a balanced pvp game, others do not. Thats the big divide.
