Stuck at choose server?

played all day yesterday,  made a couple guys on different servers, so logged on today..it went straight to my elf, then i hit the server button at the bottom...took me to a sever select screen and wont let me change. Says "handshaking...Login in....then is says im already logged into a different server"  but wont let me leave that screen or go back so basically cant play cuz im stuck on this screen...HELP??
