1: on an earthlike planet with neutral increasing morale 3 day un protection democracy and 8% tax

2: earthlike planet neutral increasing morale democracy 0% tax

3: on any planet set to military service (how much will it matter to turret's (and mine's?!))

4: on oceanic planet set to research (neutral increasing morale 8% tax directorship)

i figured out what they do on a spice planet (harvesting) myself

spiceant, if you use Internet Explorer, try a program called IESpell, its a free IE plugin. get it at www.iespell.com

install it and at the top in the same bar as back, forward, home etc at the far right should be a abc+checkmark icon thing, click that when you're done writing a post and it will go through and spell check it for you
