Game stops to desktop

I'm curious if I am the only one traveling in this boat. While playing WAR I get these random stops in the game and wind up staring at my desktop. There is not error message or critical fail, just looks as though I closed the game. This happens around every thirty minutes, anyone else?
I have all the latest drivers for my equipment.
Windows Vista 32 - Nvidia Geforce 9800 GTX - Sound Blaster X-Fi Xtreme Gamer - 4 Gigs of Ram.
I hope this is something that they are working on. I am otherwise enjoying and would like to play the game without interruption.

I've seen a few posts from ppl with the same problem, so you are not alone. Unfortunately, that's the only answer I can give you, because I haven't seen anything about a solution. Except from tips about getting the newest graphic drivers, but you said you already have them.
Btw, the common term is CTD (crash to desktop).
