Recover Password problem

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

Hi, recently they activated again the recover password system, I try to recover mine, I put my secret answer, I receive the email, Click on link, put new password 2 times but when i click OK i ALWAYS get an "undefined" error below the page, and reset just doesnt work, anyone having same trouble?

    I have the exact same problem. Think they are aware of it, but GOA sure seems to be newbies when it comes to running webpages. They havent succeeded with anything really.

    The first thing that would come to my mind when putting up account pages, password retrievals etc. would be to make sure they work before I put em up. Also test em when they are up, but GOA seems to have zero experience and no knowledge. I had never heard of em before Warhammer decided they would run European things for em, but guess they at least gotta be the cheapest availible.
