Just logged on briefly to check out the update and noticed i got my CE preorder items in open beta mailbox?.
Can anyone confirm if this is just a test for sure or a bug? lol

You'd think it would be kind of pointless and redundant to deliver the items the last day of OB just to deliver them again after the wipe for HS.
As far as I know they will be account wide. Each character you roll will receive the same items.

Yes, but generally when a character gets wiped, so does anything attached to the toon, i.e. items. So they are giving you your items, then wiping all the characters and items, and then giving you your items once again in a couple days.

I know the CE faces won't be possible until you input your retail key. I was just pointing out that all of the items were delivered.
No custom quests or custom titles though (except "The Validated"), so the Tome unlocks are likewise tied to the retail keys only. Makes sense.
