153k for me. I have known a couple of ppl with over 200k. I know should not be hard for ppl to have over 1 mil though. Otherwise Erase would not sell for 300k, Leaping Lizzie boots would not be over 300k.
I think it all comes to making some really good friends or finding a great LS. I have one at the moment that I think has the possiblity to be great. Just remember that money isn't everything. Sometimes doing things ppl say are not profiitable is worth trying to do. I am wanting to do BCNM 20 and 30 for some of the drops. I am not wanting to do BCNM battles for selling stuff. If I did one that dropped something like Erase I would probably save it for a ls member if I did not need it. I would sell it to them for a fraction of its worth.
I am the same. If i have any old equip and don't need any money i just give it away... trouble is things seem outragously expensive in the game. Even with the starting a sub and selling everything u get.. thats only 10-20k for lvls 1-10, and u have to buy the new equip and spells and whatever for the new classes so u only end up making 5-10k.
If u are willing to Mine or Log lots, and have the tunics and everything, u can make shit loads of cash.. SHIT LOADS. But its long and boring and ucan only fit a certain amount in your inventory and only sell 7 items at a time.
so then u have to get a mule, and constantly send stuff to them, switch, sell put whatever else in the safe, switch, send more over, go back mining etc etc. Its a very long winded process, which i can't be bothered to do.
Just remember to save anything that can be stacked. Keep it in storage, stack it up.. and sell the stacks, even if its only 1k a stack, its 1k extra you got for just fighting and looting.

Lots of people in my LS were rich or sem-rich. we all knew eachother in real life, or everyone in the linkshell was a friend of someone they knew in real life in the linkshell.and when i was a newb i had the 4k gil off selling crawler skins and crystals lol.
Well I have had 600k at one point.
It was right after I got an NM drop worth 350k and sold it(monster signa), and then sold all of my blm equipment to pimp out my thief.
Sold that account for $250.
