anyone have problems entering their HS code?.

A friend of mine preordered the CE and got into preview weekend, but now says his HS code wont work in his account management page...The thing is..if you got into PW then your HS should work..shouldnt it?

preview weekend has nothing really to do with headstart.
But had to enter one of the codes that identified you as CE preorder right?.
