NEW Failure is Not an Option II

We're pleased to announce that we will hold the Failure is Not an Option event again this week! This time, you could upgrade the gem in your gear to Lv5 without any risk!!

 

The new Failure is Not an Option only requires players to supply the raw materials rather than the combined gems, and players can contact GMs via Live Support during 9:00pm and 11:59pm EDT (GMT-4) everyday from September 16 to September 19th for the service!

 

To realize it:

You only need to give a GM 6 Lv3 Gems and 6 Lv3 Refining Gems, a gear already forged with the same type of Lv3 Gem, 1,000,000 Gold as well as a Lucky Piggy Chest as the service fee; or 4 Lv3 Gems and 4 Lv3 Refining Gems, a gear already forged with the same type of Lv4 Gem, 500,000 Gold as well as a Lucky Piggy Chest as the service fee. The GM will update the gear to level 5 and guarantee a 100% success rate for you!
