But what I really don't recall is many people getting to endgame and complaining there was nothing to do. Seems to me they rolled out Onyxia's Lair, Molten Core and some other content pretty quickly and did a decent job of staying ahead of most players except the truely hard core raiders. (who can never be satsified)
I know myself, by time I got to the above named instances they were up and rolling hot.
