It is a FACT coming from FUNCOMs financial reports and how else can you explain servers that arent super busy yet have 415,000 customers? The answer is lots of servers and people not playing as much as you might be used to. Sorry if you wish it was different but these are the facts and facts unlike OPINION do not lie.

People are indeed not playing as much as you might be used to. I'm one of those people, who has not played in about 8 weeks.
However, I'm still one of those 415k, since I am still in my 3 months subscription.
What this means is that your 1 of 20 are playing 1 hour each day is a faulty assumption.
It is more likely 1 of 5 are playing 2 hours a day, while the other 100,000 subscribers will never play again and are just waiting for the subscription to run out.
And then most of you who arent playing will come back once you realize how fun the new PvP patch is and how great the new gear is I realize not everyone plays one hour a day it was only the MEAN and i hope you understand the difference i realize sometimes my math skills confuse average people and for that im sorry!

And no, I won't be comming back. And I'm not unique in that. When the 3 and 6 month subscriptions run out you will get a real idea how many people are playing.
Anyway, your whole point is moot. AoC is not doing great at all.
Funcom was expecting to rival WoW (remember the steak quote?). Even if they have 800k subscribers in 2 years from now, they will not be close.
Since that is way off from what they were boasting about, it's not doing great. DO THE MATH.
First of all lets clear something up Funcom is doing great with Age of Conan they have 50 servers and so ya people arent playing a lot so maybe only 1 in 20 are on (they play average one hour a day) that means if only 400 people are on that means there are 12000 people per server that is 500000 SUBSCRIPTIONS. Sure there is some with 100 and some with 700 at a time and it changes depending on the time but you get the point that since August the population has actually gone up ever so slowly and that means the game is going to be primed for double once they have the xbox people and the expansion. So what if it is only the 2nd largest mmorpg in the US thats still great you haters just are mad you get skewered by my guardian haha.

It's about the same as saying "if I think of three numbers between 1 & 1000, lets say 10, 100 & 500, then multiply them together I get 500000", so obviously everything is just peachy"!
