New Expansion to have new starting area?

in Lord of the Rings Online

 

I am just wondering if the new expansion is higher level content only (40+) or if the new zones will run the full gambit of 1-60 including a new starting area. I played LOTRO in the past and left mainly because I did not like any of the classes. I like the concept of the new Runemaster class and would like to try that. However I do not know if I could go and do the same zones all over again from the original game. Anyone know about this?

    From information gathered so far, there would not be new starting areas. Since there are actually no new races introduced with this class, which would be a blessing in disguise since it would ease with getting members for grouping!

    This game is so fun, i enjoyd it a lot more then most mmo's ive playd..[a lot]. Its just the 1 thing that bumbed me was the dead community :( if more people started to play this game, i would be all for it =[ hopefully the Expac brings in a lot more player's!!!!

     Ok thanks for the info. Like I mentioned, the new expansion looks good, just dont think I could do all those noobie areas all over again. Hopefully with Rohan or something in the future they will open up a new starting area.

    Seems pretty dead to me. Maybe it picks up again when you are in the 50s, but it's pretty deserted since I've been in the 20s (Lonelands + North Downs).

    Hopefully Moria will bring some newer players in

    i no i will prob get flamed for this but honestly, if lotro had [evil??] as a playable faction, i really do think they would easily double there subs...i mean honestly!!! mmo's need pvp!!!! just like.........rangers need sunscreen during summer!!!!
