    Yes jeremy you should, Compaqs are crap and if you have to fix it you cant have anyone work on it you gotta send it into the compaq store.

    www.ibuypower.com is an awesome website for customizing and doing whatever you want to a computer. They have pretty much anything you can build for just a little bit more than cost they arent making much money on their products.

    This is from ID.. Not ATI or Nvidia..  The 2nd line card for Nvidia out performs the best ATI has to offer.  Also if you have been using 3D cards for any length of time you know that Nvidia has the best drivers on the market which means the gap in the quality of the cards will only grow for this round of cards.

    Nvidia > ATI
