We are working on dertermining a good name, and we still haven't decided some other less important stuff. The military forces of the Qeynos Guard are separated into four divisions whose commanders report to a single General. The four divisions are the City Guard, the Tower Guard, the Qeynos Navy, and the Outland Brigade. The General takes orders from the Circle of Five, the city's ruling council of government. Soldiers receive their training through the Steel Warriors or the Order of Life.
The faction we support will not limit who can join at all.
I am hoping for alot of raids and guild groups.
Since it is mostly true that guilds that start early in the game will be the top guilds on a surver, I am planning to make our guild respectably and honored.
We will try and acquire guild housing, i belive to own it you have to pay some in-game money (i could be wrong), but we will just have to pool some of our money and pay for the guild housing.
I really don't care what race you are going to play, but we do require you to pledge aligence to Qeynos. (the good city) But don't fear! If you want to play an evil race and join the guild, there is a "betrayle" quest at lvl 15-20 (i think those are the lvls) that lets you change your aligence to the other city. So evil people can join as long as they do, or are going to do the betrayle quest. (If your too low to do the quest than we will let you join as long as you are going to do the betrayle quest.)
Guild website: Our Temporary guild website is www.geocities.com/eq2imperium, it is just the barebones and it will have some work done to it in the recent future, at a later time when we decide it is the time to make a permant website we will look for ways of doing so. I have read that to keep a guild running you need to pay a small fee. Moorgand mentioned that the fees will not be outrageous and hard to keep up with. If this is true than me and my brother will cover the guild upkeep fee. (i belive the fees would be only for the leaders of the guild, i will post more as soon as i learn more, from what i've read i seem to think that normal members won't have to pay anything, while the fee will be given to the leaders)

Our leaders are bobjones and trajan13, who are excellent leaders and listen to the suggestion of members to make the guild great. Some of the goals will be lots of grouping/raiding, trying to get good guild housing and guild points and have a good community. Our Roman era name is due to trajan and bob have been to rome and trajan is a history buff.
In regards to time, we are from the USA(west and east) and some from denmark so we will have people playing at all times.
The Constitution applies to all members of the Guild, regardless of position, Everquest II level or seniority. This Code may be altered by the Emperor up to the release of Everquest II.

Guild-Guild wars may only be declared by a 5/6th's vote of the Guild Leaders.
IV. Intra-Guild Conduct A. There shall be no stealing from any other guild member. B. There shall be no spamming, flaming, harrasment, discrimination or continuous begging among the Guild Members. C. ANY attempt to scam or exploit other members, officers OR the Guild Bank or Housing Fund, is prohibited. D. There shall be no stealing from, exploiting, or harrasment of Allied/Neutral Guilds or their members. E. Violation of A and C shall result in immediate Termination of position within the Guild. Violation of B and D shall result in a warning issued by the Praetor. Repetition of that infraction shall result in Termination.
V. Guild Membership Requirements A. All Everquest II players alligned with Qeynos and Good are welcome, regardless of race or class. B. At the inception of this Guild, there shall be no level-based requirements. C. At the inception of this Guild, there shall be no membership fees. D. Anyone wishing to join the Guild must accept the Guild's Constitution. E. To Join the Guild before the Release of Everquest II, create a new user on our site, then report to our forums, the New Member/Guild Application Forum, and announce yourself to be given member status.

Emperor - Highest ranking of the Guild Leaders. This position is held by a guild founder, who decides Guild policy. He can both issue decisions and countermand the decisions of lower members.
Consuls (2) - Second in command to the Emperor, and the only Guild members with the power to veto the Emperor, provided they are in agreement. If the Emperor is unavaliable, the Consuls are to jointly assume his duties. The Consuls are appointed by the Emperor.
Praetor - This leader will function as the Chief Judge of the Guild, responsible for policing of the Guild ranks, the issuing of warnings, and reporting violations of the Code of Conduct. He is also to assist in moderating disputes between members. In order to ensure fair judgements, the Praetor is elected by all members avaliable, and must be elected every six (6) months.
Aedile - This leader will help organize guild activities, such as raids and meetings. He still reports to the Emperor and Consuls, but is designed to assist in planning the details, and informing members via chat. He is appointed by the Emperor.
Quaestor - A trusted member who handles the Guild Bank, and adminsiters the Housing fund. The Quaestor will also evaluate claims for assistance from the Guild Bank, and see that approved claims are carried out. Because of the need to ensure the security of the Guild's coffers, this member's decisions can be vetoed by ANY Guild Leader, provided they provide a reasonable explaination to the Emperor. In addition, this Leader is elected by all officers avaliable, and is up for reelection in six (6) months.
By later in the game, instead of having a council, we will have sentate that will vote and overrule the emperor on some issues.
