After playing the pre-order for a week or so...how long do I have to enter A Full Retail Version Key?

I heard from friends up to a week...is that true?

    Nothing has been announced/confirmed yet.

    I sent in a support ticket earlier asking this and that was their reply (2 hours ago).

    Thanks for the info!

    I get paid tomorrow so hopefully I have time to get that key in so I can save my characters!
