old player...question about installing

HI ,

I thought I would return and see how the game is coming along.

I have an old installation on another PC .

Rather than having to install evrything from scratch, would it be possible for me to :

 - Install from CD onto new PC

 - Cut and paste LOTRO dir from old PC into same folder on new pc (up to book 11 I think)

 would this work? , as I really want to avoid having to download everything again.
