Quad-Core?

How well does this game play on Quad-Core processors? Just wondering since I had read the EQ2 doesn't deal well with Dual Core even, so wondered how this one does with Quad-Cores.

It's a surprisingly CPU intensive game, but I don't know if a Quad-Core would do much for you or not. Duel-Cores work very, very well. I don't think you'd have problems, but you might not see the kind of performance bump expected.
I've just bee interested in a non-PvP centric WoW alternative. And I've seen great looking screen shots of this game, despite all the bad rap it's received. I actually followed the game pre-release but stayed away after the boondoggle that occured when it went gold.
it run on a quad core cpu fine. But you don't get much benefit. The game is not multithreaded. You will see some benefit from the OS and drivers and things... My biggest change was my mouse was more responsive

Is it even built for quad? Only a few games are even starting to be developed to utilize all four cores.
it's been verified by a dev in the official forums, that VG makes some use of a dual core system but not beyond that. So 2 cores max. will be used by VG at its current state...
