I'm totally screwed

in Warhammer Online: Age of Reckoning

WAR was working perfectly for me since yesterday (Amazon never gave me my open beta or early access codes so it was my first day). However, after logging in at the patching screen, then starting the game I get an error just before the server list gets loaded. The error message is "authentication error: application will now terminate". I read on another thread that in order to fix this I need to change my password, well when I access the WAR-europe site (I'm in europe) I'm unable to log on and change my password.

Am I officially boned until one of these problems fixes itself or is there a way of changing my password without having to log on?

    If this started just today,  it is because the game was released today and you can not login till you have the game disk installed on your system.  We went through the same thing when early starts started.  Those who were not getting the Collectors Edition were locked out for 2 days till the normal Preorder head start started.

    No I was playing it fine yesterday after the release, the problem started tonight.

    Once I placed the game box authorization code into my account, the game ran fine.
