Trial no longer working?

Hey guys, quick question.
I've created two emails just to receive a trial of AC. Both of the accounts never received their free account. Anyone know reasoning for this? Was thinking maybe the trial is over?

i've usually ran into this with some games. I know knight online took forever to show up in my inbox. All i can say is be patient and its bound to show up. If not, try to contact their customer support.
It could be down. It seems to go down periodically for unknown reasons.
