Darkfall a dream

fessboukfessbouk Member Posts: 7

Darkfall is dream for me. I really hope they release game, for I do not like now mmorpg.

Me and some friends from china are wanting to make special Clan on this game when it launches, We are plan to do mahirim and orks. We will do pirates, because much of us like to kill and cut like savage pirates.

Do you know if there be IP filters to ban chinese players? That would make me so sad

Having a bunch of goldfarmers and sellers in one guild does not make your clan "special". It just makes for easier for the legit gamers to hunt you down.

They never stated that they were farmers. Don't go predict stuff you don't know things about :3

A vast majority of Chinese that play MMORPGs are not farmers, they are just people that enjoy playing just like the rest of us. Chinese != Gold Farmer. I've known many Chinese players in many games and they are some good gamers. Believe it or not most of the Gold Farmers in MMOs today are Europeans and Americans...Not Chinese. It's people like the people in this thread that make the Chinese not trust outsiders in games. You all are just being racist and that is wrong no matter how you try to justify it. The most eye-opening day of my game playing life was in Lineage II when a girl I was partied with thanked me. I asked her what for and she told me it was for not labeling her a gold farmer and killing her just because she was Chinese. It was the first time in my life I was ashamed of being from the western world. I didn't like that feeling one bit.

Edit: Oh and to the OP welcome and I don't think they are planning any IP blocks at this time. The lead developer has stated this but he was mainly referring to people from America playing on European servers but he did make the statement there would be no IP blocks.

Yeah people are so ignorant, the amount of normal Chinese people playing mmo's for fun just like everyone else is huge.

China has 1/5 of the worlds population, European country's and the US populations are tiny in comparison.

I've played in guilds in WoW that were almost exclusively Chinese and they were the friendliest and most organized guilds on the server, they put the European guilds to shame.

If there are Chinese guilds in DF, and I personally welcome them, expect to be punished severely for your ignorance because they will probably be the most formidable guilds on your server.

People who think all Chinese players are gold farmers really need to remove their heads from their own buttocks.

Welcome and hello from North America. I hope you can get the game and play it in China as well as the rest of Oceania. I lived in Japan for 6 years and had to get a friend to send me WoW so I know what it's like to wait on a game that won't be released for a while, or have doubts about a game even being playable in your country of residence.

Hoping that you guys can play, and don't pay attention to the juvenile and ignorant people that make stupid comments about gold farmers being chinese. They have some growing up to do yet and need to realize that the world is a bigger place then their local convenience store.

    Cheers!

Very clever but people here do read the official forums, like me, so if you had of kept your mouth shut you may have gotten away with it. Very good attempt at trolling though, had me fooled for a while...I give it an A++. If some of you are confused as to what I'm talking about you need to go hang out on Forumfall a little more often.
