A friend of mine preordered the CE box online from Ebgames.com and got his box last week but his Product registration key was blank, so now he is locked out of the game. Anyone have the same problem?

If mythic is aware of this they should have some kind of grace period for EBgames preorders too but i havent been able to find anything about EB.
