Warhammer OFFline

I bought this game on Friday. I have yet to play it. It is not possible to register it. The 'Customer Service' is non exsistent. The launch of the game here in Europe has been a complete flop.

So why the hell did Mythic choose a uslesss reknowned failure like GOA to run it here in Europe?

They didnt really. They went with the highest bidder, usually the publisher plays a part in that. Thus the FRENCH, GOA put out the most money. Sadly, everyone should have seen this company since french companies that deal in mmorpgs are horrible. The whole country is messed up as far as business practices go.

A lot of the EU players are moving over to the North American servers, and picking Oceanic.

Thanks for that Ravenwolf. Is it possible for me to register  with the American sites. or do I need to buy the software from them?

    Regards.

Only one way to find out, try. Just go to the American site and try to create an account.  I don't see why it wouldn't work, because how would you be able to get a hold of an American version of the game over there @ EU?  Good luck and see you ingame :).

Ok, let me ask a few simple, probably obvious, questions.

Have you registered with the web site before trying to register your key?

Have you at any point in the development of WAR registered with that site using a different name/password but the same email? ( I had, and could not make a new user with my email )

Have you tried the password retrieval process? (as above i did this to retrieve my old account) ?

i upgraded my account just fine and dandy just today. ergo you fail and probably did it wrong

Playing polished, lag free, feature complete games is carebear. Whining about a game you hate but still play is hardcore man!

I have just requested through their so called Help system to remove all knowledge of me from their databases. I am going to try again from scratch.

I don't have much faith in them mind, as I do think they even read these e-mails.

You DO know that all GOA secretaries have very short skirts and are blond?

And they need to retype your email adress into another database manually. (I guess with one finger).

We all waited almost 3 days in open beta.
