RvR Senario wait time?

I have for the last two night had no luck getting into an RvR senario. I have signed up and waited for hours with no chance of getting in on the action. I am on the Gorefang server, rank 12 Greenskin. I hope this isn't an issue with the server possibly being out of balance population wise.
Also, if anyone knows where the renown armor merchant is located for greenskins in the tier 2 area that would be alot of help. I have been searching to no avail. Maybe there isn't one until tier 3?

Unfortunately, your scenario wait is likely due to too little Order. Rolling destruction, I'd venture to say that you need to anticipate longer waits on near every server. Two days is a bit extreme. If you want fast queue times though, roll Order
Regarding the tier 2 renown vendors: you need to wait until you side captures a keep in a tier 2 RvR zone. Once it is captured, the vendors will spawn, they are on the 3rd floor. If it is under attack, enter from the small door in the back.
Oh, that is good to know, I will go check the local keep!

there was also a bug that sometimes scenarios would nto que properly thus not opening up one.
