My character got bumped back to lvl 1

Hi all, I just registered my cd key from the actual game box, and when I logged in my character is now lvl 1. When I last played he was lvl 8 which was I think sunday night, and now he is lvl 1 again.

Has this happened to anyone else going from headstart to full game?

@ OP: No, that is not normal, 1st time I hear of this in WAR. But I can be misinformed. Normally something like this should mean that your server has been rolled back and in that case other people on your server would have had similar experiences. I would start a petition if I were you.
