Hi!
I was just wondering if anyone knows if there might be some kind of discount system.. like if you already have one account, then the second will be somewhat cheaper, and the third maybe even cheaper?
I was wondering because I am thinking of the possibility of buying two accounts. If no one knows then please write what you think, and why.

No, there is no discount for having more than one account. This something more people ask than I would expect, but someone was talking to me about just two days ago. They told me they email WoW customer support and asked if they could play two accounts and get a discount on the second, or something like that. Blizzard told them that they much buy two copies of the game and pay the full monthly charge on each.
Besides that, you only really need one account. There are 10 characters per realm, and many realms, so you can make as many character combinations as you like, really. The only reason you would want to do that is to be able to have two characters online at the same time, and that really isn't worth much. For all of the extra money it would cost, I don't suggest you do it unless you really want to.

Yep, seems pretty stupid to pay for one more account now that I know that it´s not needed, but I didn´t before so...
..better to ask then to run around being ignorant.
[rhetorical question]: why do you need 2 accounts.
I play EQ and have 6, so I have a few ideas; you need to trade items between characters on the same account. You don't want to have to group but solo'ing is tough. You want to set up a bazaar mule to sell items.
1) Trading items. Blizzard has setup the postal system where you can mail yourself items. Simple, you just go to the mail box, enter your other characters name add the item and hit send. Next time you swap toons, just check your mail. The item will be there. Catch: it cost a small amount of copper per letter and mail does not cross the faction barrier (Horde can't mail to Alliance and vice a verse).
2) Solo'ing in WoW is, so far, fairly easy. Blizzard is trying to target the casual gamer. Thus any class is supposed to be able to solo. You don't need a group to play (there are certain events where you are required to group, but they are avoidable). So, you don't need to duo yourself or powerlvl.
3) Selling gear. Vendors seem to buy things for a decent price, but never what another player might pay. So, Blizzard has put in an auction house system. Currently this is just an NPC located in a couple of banks. You setup with the person your item and the length of time you want the auction to run for (30 minutes up to 1+ days) and for a small fee (refunded if the item sells) your item is then available at auction to any player that checks the auctineer. (oh, I forgot to mention, you also set the starting bid price).

My dog barks some. Mentally you picture my dog, but I have not told you the type of dog which I have. Perhaps you even picture Toto, from "The Wizard of Oz." But I warn you, my dog is always with me.
So if me and my dad play WoW, can we:
A) install the game using the same disc on two diffent computers and use the same account so we can only pay one fee and play at the same time
buy 2 copies of the game and use one account for both of us and pay one monthly fee
C) buy 2 copies for 2 computers and pay 2 seprate monthly fees
D) please explain

Believe it or not, there are quite a few people out there that have more than one gamer in their family. A lot of husbands/wives play, as do many father/sons or siblings.
Now, you might ask, "why should they get a discount"? The answer should be obvious. They're likely to play longer if it's more afordable. For instance, I played CoH with a family member, but it was 30 bucks a month for both of us. Pretty soon, we just couldn't afford it, so we both dropped. But let's say that they'd given us a "family rate" of ten bucks each per month. Then it's only 20 dollars, and much easier to justify. The bottom line: It's better to get 20 bucks a month from me than it is to get nothing.
That said, I doubt they'll offer discounts. But they should.

I refuse to dou box this time around... hehe, playing by yourself is boring, better to find friends, than to dou or triple box characters just so you have good gear. Man, I hated EQ! =(

As I´ve understood it...
A. You can´t do A. because you can´t play at the same time.
B. You can´t do B. because you need to pay to monthly fees.
C. You can do C.
D. I am trying too.
